Menopause Support Healing Pathway
Menopause or change of life can be a very challenging time, but it doesn't have to be. We have developed a healing pathway to help you cruise through and even enjoy this time in your life. We can support you with naturopathy, western herbal medicine and acupuncture to help rebalance your hormones.
At this time it's easy to feel like some of your issues are somebody else's fault. You're not in menopause, it's just that everyone else has become incredibly annoying over the last 10 years. Menopause can creep up on us and we begin to experience changes over ten years during peri-menopause (the time leading up to menopause). It's important to realise that although that might be true to a certain extent, the people in your life are more annoying, we need to take responsiblility for our own health and manage ourselves through this transition time. You might be tired from being constantly woken up with hot flashes. That will make you feel grumpy and irritable. You may have a reduced libido which may cause tension in your relationship. Your moods may be more changable. These are all symptoms that relate to your hormonal changes, and it is a fairly straightforward matter to improve them, with expert advice. You could be feeling better in a matter of weeks.
