First Visit
Initial Consultation one hour
Plus Coaching session 30 minutes
This includes:
- A computerised iris analysis
- Taking your measurements including a cell vitality test giving precise details about your fat, muscle,
muscle quality, cellular fluid balance, metabolism and cellular age as mentioned above.
- Zinc Test
- pH Test
The counselling session is to work through your emotions related to food, and how you can overcome old habits and replace them with new and healthier ones. We will also work out how you've sabbotaged yourself in the past, so that when it happens this time, you'll know what to do. We want to see you succeed long term, for life.
Follow Up Visits
30 minutes once a fortnight for at least the first 6 visits. Includes tests outlined below (scroll down).
You may not need that many visits, depending on how much weight you would like to lose.
Starter Package Cost $320
At the first visit we ask you to pay for your first visit, $200, plus $120 for the next two follow up visits. We ask you to do this to make the commitment for your first 3 visits, to learn new habits and establish you in your new eating patterns. It takes 30 days to learn a new habit, and we're committed to helping you do that. Often the early days are the most challenging, and we want to be able to support you.
This includes a recipie book and guide book.
Follow up visits cost $65
Visits are claimable on your health fund if you have cover for naturopathy, Call your health fund and ask if you're not sure.
Transition Phase
Follow Up Visits 30 minutes once a month until you reach your goal
Maintenance Phase
At this stage, you will have reached your goal and you'll be looking and feeling fantastic. It can be tempting to not keep in touch, but we encourage you to call in for a visit every 3-4 months for a check up. Have another body composition test to be sure you are maintaining your low fat levels and high muscle quality as well as your general good health.

How much weight will I lose? How quickly can I lose weight?
You can expect to lose between 1/2 - 2 kilos of fat a week.
I've tried everything! How do I know this will work?
It can be frustrating and discouraging trying to lose weight and confusing, when you're doing all the right things, and still nothing is happening. This eating plan is designed to turn on your body's fat burning mechanism. We give you a home test so you can see for yourself when you're fat burning has kicked in.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, nothing happens!! Frustrating right? This where having your one on one consultation with Paul will really help you. Using his expertise as a naturopath, and looking at all your body systems, he can help identify what we call obstacles to fat loss. These can often include hormonal issues. An example is that fat makes it's own oestrogen believe it or not. Too much oestrogen makes us fatter. So your fat is continuing to make you fatter. Paul can then work with you to balance your hormones, then the weight will begin to fall off. Some people may have thyroid issues that haven't been detected yet. Again balancing your thyroid naturally, will remove an obstacle to your successful weight loss.
We are always looking at the underlying cause and helping your body heal itself through naturally balancing your body systems.
I hate lettuce and other rabbit food!
If you hate rabbit food and don't like being hungry, then you're going to love eating on this plan! You need to eat 5 times a day. You can have bacon and eggs - we encourage that! You'll be eating steak, cheese and cream. you will be eating some vegetables and fruit ofcourse, but you won't be hungry.
What about exercise?
We recommend walking for about half an hour day 4-5 times a week.
Can I speed things up?
Yes. There are a number of ways you can turn up your metabolism. There are "thermogenic" or fat burning supplements, other supplements that help you keep burning fat at a higher rate after you finish exercising, and other supplements that balance your body and overcome obstacles to your weight loss.

How do I achieve Vitality, Longevity and Healthy Ageing?
Your Practitioner is one of a select group of healthcare professionals who have received extensive training in maximising healthy ageing and improving vitality, making them ideally suited to help you achieve your goals. Your Practitioner uses a scientifically validated test known as Biological Impedance Analysis (BIA), which assists them to design a program specifically for your needs. Nutritional supplements, exercise recommendations and dietary advice will be provided, giving your body the building blocks for maximum health and energy.
What is Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA)?
BIA is a science that was originally developed for monitoring patients after surgery in a hospital setting. Your Practitioner will connect leads to your hands and feet and pass a low voltage electrical current through your body. This may sound alarming, but it is safe and painless, and provides your Practitioner with insight into aspects of your health such as how much fat and muscle that you have in your body. This science has even been used in several missions to space, to monitor the changes to the astronauts body composition.
