Depression To Happiness Healing Pathway
We have developed a specialised healing pathway to lift you out of depression and plant you on the pathway to happiness. Sometimes when you're feeling low, it can be a challenge to step up and take responsiblitiy for your own health and wellness. It's easy to feel overwhelmed and feel like giving up and giving in to your low mood. If you're ready to make some small changes a bit at a time, we can support you on your journey.
We use a combination of naturopathy, western herbal medicine and acupuncture to help rebalance your brain chemicals and lift your mood. As we work together to reverse your downward spiral, you will begin to feel better and more able to make one or two more changes. You'll begin to build upward momentum, propelling you back to happiness and balance again.

I came in being constantly tired, frustrated and irritable. I was unable to work due to my fatigue and feeling out of hope. Depression Checklist
For more than 2 weeks have you:
1. Felt sad and down or miserable most of the time?
2. Lost interest or pleasure in most of your usual activites?
If you answered yes to either of these questions, complete the symptom checklist. If you didn't then it's unlikely you have a depressive illness.
3. Lost or gained weight or had an increased or decreased appetite?
4. Sleep disturbance?
5. Felt slowed down, restless or excessively happy?
6. Felt tired or had no energy?
7. Felt worthless or excessively guilty or guilt about things you should not have been feeling guilty about?
8. Had poor concentration or had difficulties thinking or were very indecisive?
9. Had recurrent thoughts of death?
Add up the number of ticks for your total score.
If you scored 4 or less, then it is unlikely you have a depressive illness.
If you scored 5 or more then it is likely you have a depressive illness.

Investment 1 x $90 + 6 x $60 = Just under $23 a week

Maintenance Phase
Week 20+
Follow up visits ever 2-3 months 30 minutes
When you arrive at the maintenance stage, you’ll be feeling great. It’s tempting to think you don’t need any more support. We encourage you to continue to keep in touch to maintain your good health and your new habits.
