It's natural to feel a bit nervous at times, we all do. But sometimes, we can experience symptoms that are more than just feeling a little bit nervous.  These feelings can debilitate us and interrupt our life,  causing us to have a change in our behaviour and personality sometimes.  Anxiety is a common problem and often goes with depression and stress. This isn't a great combination of symptoms and it can feel like you're stuck in a viscious cycle.  Sometimes you can experience panic attacks which can leave you feeling like you're going die or at least have a major heart attack.  After all that, you might feel a bit stupid.  You know you're being irrational, but you just can't help it or stop yourself.  You're intelligent, have a job and a family, but can't seem to control these anxious moments.  Is there anything you can do?
