Allergies can be very frustrating. They generally have a few causes and types. Some allergies come from pollen and our outside environment, and can cause itching, runny nose, sore eyes and throat, and affect our breathing. Other allergies can be on our skin and may be related to what we're putting on our skin, like soaps and creams to what we're eating. Another allergy problem can be tummy pains where we are having a reaction to certain foods like yeast, wheat or milk for example.
