IVF Support Healing Pathway
There are a number of ways we can support you as you go through IVF. It's a big investment of not only time and money, but emotions as well. We've developed a specific healing pathway to stack the odds of success in your favour. We do this by using a combination of naturopathy, western herbal medicine and acupuncture, to help you get pregnant, stay pregnant and add a healthy baby to your family.

1. Preparation Phase
Initial consultation : 1 hour including taking of case history + treatment
Follow-up visits for 30 min 1 week apart for the next 4 weeks
2. Transfer Phase
3 Follow-up visits for 30 min, 1 day apart starting on the day before the transfer, then the day of transfer, and the day after
3. Growth Phase
Follow-up visits for 30 min 1 week apart for next 4 weeks

Frequently Asked Questions
What is acupuncture?
Acupuncture was developed by the Chinese thousands of years ago, and uses very fine needles put into specific places to help with particular problems. Paul uses more expensive needles because they are finer and have a teflon coating to help them glide in and out easily. (There is no extra charge for needles.)
Will it hurt?
Often you won't even know the needle has gone in. It is inside a little tube, and Paul will tap gently on the tip of the needle. Sometimes you might feel a slight sensation. I think it feels like being nipped by those tiny little ants that are always at picnics, or a maybe a bit like a mozzie bite.
